take a house from first day of hang to sanding
in five days—with more than 1500 units completed
in a single year. Our quality standards
are set high, because we also provide the
painting services.
Full-Service Production and Custom Painting:
Tightly coordinated with our drywall
services, the Rule4 paint division works
expertly and efficiently. If you decide
to offer custom paint, we have a sales program
for that, including a custom paint manager
and design consultant that can work with
your homebuyers.
Homeowner Service Program: Rule4
starts by educating your homebuyers, so
that they understand the normal nail pops
and cracks that happen as a house settles.
Our service management system operates out
of our central office; we provide same-day
response to service requests. We can customize
our service program to your specifications,
with any combination of 30-day, 90-day,
6-month, and one-year inspection and service
