Whether it’s a build-out for a chain of restaurants, a recreation center built from the ground up, a hospital renovation, or a new college building, Rule4 understands what it takes to get the job done right. The General Contractors we work with rely on us to stay on budget and on schedule…transforming building challenges into an everyday project. That’s what Rule4 knowledge and knowhow is all about.

Buffalo Wild Wings
Suburban Maryland

With restaurants, it’s all about understanding where functionality meets design. Every square foot counts in a hospitality environment, and Buffalo Wild Wings looks to Rule4 to step in and get the job done for its growing chain of grill-and-bar establishments. From drywall, fiberglass reinforced panels, and acoustical ceilings…to the wainscot counters, tables, and specialty millwork, Rule4 takes care of every aspect from start to finish.

Randallstown Community Center
Randallstown, Maryland

Rule4 handled the EIFS, exterior stud framing, interior metal studs, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings and a myriad of acoustical wall panels for this new state-of-the-art recreation facility—the largest in Baltimore County. We met the special building requirements of the basketball court, swimming pool, track, and auditorium. The acoustical baffles installed over the swimming pool required extensive scaffolding and presented a most unusual work environment.

Howard County General Hospital
Columbia, Maryland

This hospital renovation called for off-hours work, temporary partitions, and the ability to accommodate patient, visitor, and staff traffic on a daily basis. Rule4 not only met the medical facility construction standards for negative air, dust control, and lead-lined drywall, but we also implemented a dramatic decorative design for the lobby. Installing fusion panels required precise measurements with panels suspended from aircraft cable. In addition, Rule4 installed the EIFS, metal studs, insulation and drywall, and acoustical ceilings.

Carroll County Community College
Westminster, Maryland

This brand new multi-use building included classrooms, cafeteria, lecture halls, and a daycare center, with Rule4 working against the clock to finish by the start of the school year. In addition to the structural steel frames, interior framing, drywall, metal roof trusses, and acoustical ceilings and wall panels, Rule4 installed floating cloud ceilings and complex serpentine bulkheads, maintaining the crispness of angles and consistency of curves.
