Very often the hardest part of any remodeling or renovation project is the design. Ideas are not a problem but translating them into great design can be. Rule4 have in house professional design services which can help you turn your ideas into something real.

Create a scrapbook of ideas, its’ great fun and it helps you and Rule4 come up with the best design to suit your needs. The more ideas you have the better, support them with images and photos from magazines, websites etc.
Initial Consultation
Share your ideas at the FREE initial consultation with the Rule4 team. At the end of your discussion, Rule4 can give you an approximate job cost. You should hear something like "Mr. & Mrs. XX, based on your requirements we have discussed today, I estimate this kitchen will be around $60K". This will help you decided whether A) is this remodeling project realistic for your budget and B) is it worth going to the detailed design stage.
Detailed Project Design
A professional project design also allows Rule4 to give you an accurate project cost. You can also use this design to get quotations for the work from other contractors if you wish to do so. Rule4 will issue a design agreement, which ensures that the design you pay for is yours to use how you wish.
Mark Hendricks is Rule4’s Certified Professional Building Designer (National Council of Building Designer Certification). The knowledge and experience that Mark has gained through over 30 years of working in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Design coupled with his computer design skills make him one of the best in the business.
Mark will take your ideas, detailed space measurements and your desires and requirements for the new space. Mark will develop an initial design and you will be presented with a plan and a 3D design. The 3D design in particular allows you to get a feel for what the final space will look like, which is always the biggest challenge when putting a design together.
Adjustments and revisions can be made accordingly and then a detailed quotation will be issued as per the design. Once the contract is signed the Rule4 Project Management Team headed by Brent Hanauer work closely with Mark through the demolition and construction processes. Before you know it you have the new space you were dreaming of!
