ABOUT RULE4

Who We Are & Our Culture

At Rule4 we believe in friendly, responsive, expert service. We hold a passion for quality, a commitment to great ideas, and a focus on efficiency. We charge a fair price for the work we do, and we honor our schedule and budget commitments. We’re proud of the work we do and the values we represent.

Our company is rooted in our 4 rules. As an award-winning subcontractor & distributor, we never cut corners as safety and quality is at the forefront of our practices. We believe strongly that good project planning leads to proper execution and successful projects. Our 4 rules are the core of what makes our business different.

"

What makes Rule4 different is that we are highly motivated. We work harder, and care more. No excuses. We are proud of the work we do, how we do it, and the people who do it. We are grateful for your business. Our goal is to do your job so well, that you will happily refer us to others.

Rule 1: Quote a fair price.

At Rule4, we believe in delivering great value on every project, and that means giving you high quality at a good price. It doesn’t mean that we’re always the lowest price, but we’re always the best price for value received.

Rule 2: Stay on budget and on schedule.

Our “no surprises” philosophy means we do what we say. Once we’ve agreed on a price, we’ll stick to it as long as the project doesn’t expand. And when we commit to a schedule, we stick to the schedule.

Rule 3: Answer the phones.

When you have a question, we know you need an answer. That’s why there’s always a real person on the other end of the line at Rule4. We think there’s no better way to show that we’re here for you.

Rule 4: It’s not done ‘til it’s done.

A project is not complete until every detail is finished. If something on your punch list has not been addressed, the job’s not done. When we’ve finished every service and installed every part to your satisfaction, then it’s done.

"

Our team works with your team to make the project the best it can be. The 4 Rules are part of our culture and we follow these rules from the beginning to the end. The majority of our business is from repeat customers who trust and rely on us to provide a quality and complete project.
